2. 有积极主动学习新知识和不同教学方法的意愿。
3. 具有基本的中国语言文学知识。
4. 熟悉拼音的拼、读、写及声调标示规则。
5. 普通话标准、清晰。
6. 具备一定的英语听说能力。
7. 板书工整，汉字书写笔画规范。
8. 有教学经验和与中国语言文学相关学历者优先考虑。
